Ride & Design — Double-wall 16-inch wheels with 1.5-inch pneumatic street tires help smooth out cracks and uneven pavement. The heat-treated T6 6061 aluminum frame folds to just 6.3 inches (160 mm) wide and can be rolled on its front wheel when folded.

Braking & Components — A Tektro V-brake at the front and aluminum pedal brake at the rear provide simple, serviceable stopping power. The MK4 also features a steel fork with 15 mm offset, Duracork grips and standard Schrader valves.

Things to Consider — Pneumatic tires provide more cushioning than solid wheels but require periodic pressure checks and a pump. For the best ride, Swifty specifies a maximum tire pressure of 100 psi (6.9 bar).

We stand behind every scooter we sell. All scooters purchased from Scooter4US are covered by our 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty covers defects that affect the proper function of the scooter and that are attributable to faulty materials or workmanship.

Normal wear and wear items are not covered. This includes components that naturally wear through regular use, such as wheels, tires, bearings, brake components, grips, grip tape, and other consumable or wear-related parts.

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modifications, improper assembly, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

If you believe your scooter has a warranty issue, please contact us at support@scooter4us.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos showing the problem. We will review your claim and provide the appropriate next steps.

Some manufacturers may provide additional or longer warranty coverage. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate from and may provide benefits beyond the Scooter4US Limited Warranty.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Scooters purchased from Scooter4US may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

You are welcome to take your scooter for a short test ride on a clean, dry, and smooth surface to make sure it is right for you. Please take care during your test ride. Returned scooters must be clean and free from visible signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage.

The scooter must be returned clean and complete with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are certain you want to keep your scooter.

To start a return, please contact us at support@scooter4us.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Products showing visible wear, damage, excessive use, modification, or missing parts may be subject to a reduction in the refund or may not qualify for a return.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This return policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
