Xootr Dash

Quick Summary — The Xootr Dash is a foldable adult kick scooter for city riding, commuting, public transit, and everyday transportation. Ideal For — The Xootr Dash is best suited to riders who prioritize low weight, portability, and efficient kicking. Its narrow deck makes it practical for mixed-mode commuting, stairs, offices, apartments, buses, and trains, while the full-length deck still accommodates both feet in an in-line position. Xootr scooters are also well suited to tall adults: the adjustable handlebar accommodates riders up to 6 ft 7 in (about 201 cm).

Ride & Design — The Dash uses a narrow plastic-resin deck that keeps the kicking foot close to the scooter centerline. Its 180 mm ultra-low-resistance polyurethane wheels and shielded, self-lubricating bearings are designed for efficient rolling on paved urban surfaces.

Braking, Folding & Serviceability — The Dash has a handlebar-operated front brake, a rear fender stomp brake, and Xootr’s QuickClick folding system. Wheels, bearings, brake components, grips, and other service parts are replaceable, making routine maintenance and long-term repair possible.

Things to Consider — Choose the Dash when carrying weight and a narrow deck are priorities. Riders who prefer a wider standing platform may prefer the Xootr MG, Cruz, or Street. The solid polyurethane wheels do not provide the cushioning of pneumatic tires, so the Dash is primarily designed for paved urban riding.

3-Year Scooter4US Limited Warranty

We stand behind every scooter we sell. All scooters purchased from Scooter4US are covered by our 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty covers defects that affect the proper function of the scooter and that are attributable to faulty materials or workmanship.

Normal wear and wear items are not covered. This includes components that naturally wear through regular use, such as wheels, tires, bearings, brake components, grips, grip tape, and other consumable or wear-related parts.

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modifications, improper assembly, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

If you believe your scooter has a warranty issue, please contact us at support@scooter4us.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos showing the problem. We will review your claim and provide the appropriate next steps.

Some manufacturers may provide additional or longer warranty coverage. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate from and may provide benefits beyond the Scooter4US Limited Warranty.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Scooters purchased from Scooter4US may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

You are welcome to take your scooter for a short test ride on a clean, dry, and smooth surface to make sure it is right for you. Please take care during your test ride. Returned scooters must be clean and free from visible signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage.

The scooter must be returned clean and complete with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are certain you want to keep your scooter.

To start a return, please contact us at support@scooter4us.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Products showing visible wear, damage, excessive use, modification, or missing parts may be subject to a reduction in the refund or may not qualify for a return.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This return policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
